A supporting product in the fight against ichthyophthiosis, "smallpox" among ornamental marine fish. The substance consists of 2 products: Product 1 should be dosed in the amount of 35 ml for each 100l every 12h for 7 days, during this time there is no need to disconnect the activated carbon, zeolites, skimmer or UV lamp. One of the active substances is silver iodide and zinc iodide, therefore it is not recommended to use additional iodine and zinc during the treatment. The complete treatment lasts from 14 to 28 days. After the treatment, there is no need to use activated charcoal or additional water changes. Due to the presence of phosphorus compounds in the substance, it is recommended to control phosphates, with mature biology no problems with the increase of PO4 were found. It is not recommended to use in immature tanks, tanks in which cyanobacteria have multiplied excessively, tanks in which the iodine level has been exceeded 4 times. Do not mix with other substances for smallpox. During the tests, no negative effects on the coral reef were found, however, it is recommended to observe the coral reef, especially more sensitive specimens, in case of problems, stop dosing the substance immediately. It is recommended to remove the colored, starfish and nudibranchs, which are irritatingly, from the tank for the duration of the treatment. Product 2 should be dosed 1-2 drops to the dry or frozen food, first drain it from the water and wait for it to be soaked with the substance. The best effects were noted in combination with a UV lamp. The effectiveness of the treatment is influenced by the speed of noticing the disease and the condition of the fish
Due to the low temperatures in substance (1), crystals may precipitate, this has no effect on the properties of Blueichtiof. The crystals can be poured with the substance or thrown away, they are inert to the process.
It is recommended to put the substance aside for 2-3 hours in a warm place before administering it so that it becomes room temperature.
The efficiency of the substance is 1L per 200l of net water.
